Chinese Meizu to Make MX4, the Phone with the Thinnest Bezels

Not many have heard of the Chinese brand Meizu. But trust me, it has been around for a while now in India. It is definitely a biggie in China. Now, you are definitely aware of Xiaomi. Yes, the same brand which has irritated you with a limited stock of its fancy Mi3. Meizu is an arch-rival of Xiaomi back in China. Yeah, now you got it? It is big!

Meizu has already launched its last cellphone MX3 in India (now you are feeling laughably unaware?). You might have ignored it thinking its just another stuff from China. And it may have also suffered because of its 30k price tag.

The fact that Mi3 has been released gives way to the thought that Meizu’s next might be on the way too. And the pictures of the next phone, the MX4, have already been leaked online.

There are whispers on the streets that the MX4 is going to have a 5.4 inches display and a  2,560 x 1,440 pixels resolution. A fingerprint sensor might also be inherited. It is also being said that there is going to be a change in design this time. The MX4 would be having a steel frame and chassis and possibly a plastic back cover.

What makes this phone unique is the thin bezels it is going to sport. It would have the least space between the screen and the edge of the phone (across the length). You could have a look at the leaked picture of the front case (above), the bezels are incredibly thin. They are just 1.1 mm in thickness. The Mx4 is breaking the heart of LG G3 and the Oppo Find 7 big time.

Reportedly, the MX4 would have a Snapdragon 805 processor, a whooping 3 GB of RAM, a 13 MP camera and a 5 MP front camera. The features are quite awesome. The release of this phone in India would be around August-September. The phone could be the next big thing , given that Meizu tries to be a little less aggressive with the pricing this time (we doubt it though). Will keep you updated on more.
